At Olympic Mountain Polygraph, we respect your time and the time of all our clients. Appointments are scheduled to begin promptly at the designated time to ensure that examinations are conducted thoroughly, without delay, and without infringing on subsequent clients’ appointments.

• Booking Fee
  Specific Issue and Relationship/Fidelity polygraph examinations require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee reserves your appointment time and is applied toward the total cost of your examination.

• Timeliness
  You are expected to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period will be allowed in the event of unforeseen delays.

• No-Show / No-Call
  If you fail to appear for your appointment without providing prior notice, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior authorization from the examiner, you will be considered a no-show/no-call. In such cases, your booking fee will be forfeited in full.

• Rescheduling
  Clients who provide advance notice of a scheduling conflict may be permitted to reschedule at the examiner’s discretion. In such cases, the booking fee may be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture.
